Courier CSV Reconciliation
Couriers report delivery status via CSV export. EcomTrackr learns each courier's column layout once, then every future upload is parsed automatically — matching rows to orders by barcode, classifying delivered vs. returned by keyword, and flagging anything it can't match for manual review.
